Fore-Par Introduces HALO™ Hi-Viz

Fore-Par Group has partnered with HALO™ Coatings to introduce HALO™ Hi-Viz to the golf car and LSV industry. Their patented technology combines retro-reflectivity with powder-coating, retro-reflectivity is the ability to return light directly back to its source and only its source. HALO™ Coatings has created a process where perfectly aligned tiny glass spheres are embedded into the powder coat to provide the retro-reflective capability. Everyone has seen the power of retro-reflectivity, as it has been used for years in a tape form on stop signs, large trucks and even sneakers.

Urson Russell, head of Fore-Par business development says, "We see this process being used on wheels, top supports and rocker panels to dramatically increase the distance that the coated car is visible to another vehicle at night." He goes on to say, " whether the HALO™ powder coat is silver, black, or some other color it still maintains the retro-reflective property and can be seen at night, thus offering real flexibility for the customer and the day time appearance of the car.
